Spicy Turmeric Tea
1tsp Turmeric
1tsp Ginger
Cayenne (as much as you can tolerate)
Black pepper (as much as you can tolerate)
1/2 Lemon, juiced
Pinch of Salt
Honey (to taste)
12-18oz water
Instructions:
Heat water and add the above ingredients and stir. Sip and enjoy. Rest and get to feeling better :).
