Notes

I usually just skip the pork, grind up breadcrumbs, and use 1 teaspoon of salt. It usually takes at least this long and I take out of oven 2-3 times to drain grease. When 5 minutes left of cooking I top with ketchup and bake.
You do not need to bake it covered
